Absolutely beautiful apartments and grounds.
Stunning scenery from our sea view balcony. Extremely clean rooms and garden area. Amazing breakfasts on site, drinks and ice creams lovely too.
Staff Extremely polite and attentive whenever required without any intrusion whatsoever. Very friendly all round. Great for young families or couples. Small well kept private apartments with great service. Location perfect and beach one of the best as those who know Alcudia!

Perfect vacation
The apartments are located on the first line of a magnificent beach with a perfectly equipped garden with direct access to the beach. Very central but very quiet area, with all kinds of services in its surroundings. Very clean apartments, bar and garden. The apartments are very cozy and with beautiful views. To all this we must add and highlight the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff of Bonavida Apartments.
Without a doubt, we will repeat.

Tolle Lage am traumstrand
Very nice apartments directly on the beach of Alcudia. Die Zimmer sind nicht nicht ganz neu aber nett hergerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. The size and layout of the apartments is in order, the apartment is ideal for the great view of the sea and the beautiful beach. Und nicht zuletzt durch ein Team, das wirklich sehr bemüht und immer freundlich ist. We had a very nice time there. Durch die Strandpromenade gelangt man zu Fuß in ca 15 min zum Zentrum und einer Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

The location is perfect, you fall from the bed to the beach directly.
Nearby you have supermarkets and restaurants. The treatment is very good and pleasant, always with a smile at any time of the day.


Perfect vacation at the beach
Just a perfect stay as far as location is concerned: right next to the beautiful beach, but not too far to walk to restaurants and stores, water sports center...super clean, beautifully decorated, friendly staff, Alberto is very welcoming. Bar open from 8 to 8 and breakfast option, small kitchenette was perfect for a small family's needs. I especially liked the size of the bed! I love the garden. Our room was very quiet, very peaceful.


😀 We had an amazing holiday thanks to the wonderful team's hospitality at the Bonavida Apartment.
Carmen & Alberto from the reception gave us brilliant advices and help us organize places to visit and eat, picked us up out of pickles and spent plenty time to ensure all is well. Luisita from cafe/bar was super friendly and helpful and she makes the best pina colada. Gabriela and the housekeeping team kept our flat and the entire property absolutely spotless and comfortable every single day without a fail. We sincerely appreciate the entire team's hard work and professional yet personable approach. Bonavida is on a beautiful location with lovely set up but it is the team who works there made our holiday super special and pure joy. Thank you very much. Also want to add the check in video in advance of arrival was brilliant and very helpful.
Shower screen not wide enough so it was hard to wash up without making a pond of the bathroom.


From before our arrival, the attention of both Alberto and Carmen was exceptional.
They made our stay unforgettable. The resort is a paradise, with all the amenities you could ask for. Lucia and Rebeca took care of us and pampered us like queens.
Thanks again for making us spend some great days!


Accogliente on the sea shore
Ho soggiornato 5 notti con la mia famiglia, questo residence è davvero ideale per le famiglie, perché ha una posizione strategica davanti alla spiaggia ed ha tutti i servizi necessari. A particular note for the reception staff very attentive and available and for the girls at the bar always smiling and kind. I highly recommend this residence to families.


Best Hotel on the best beach ever!
😀Charming hotel in perfect location, facing the beach. Great room for a family, quiet nights without the noise of cars. Hotel staff always available to help. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at Bonavida.
A room facing the beautiful ocean, delicilous snack-bar right underneath and a caring host. We went by car and had no problems at all parking secounds away from the apartement. Will definetly visit again and would recommand it to anybody visiting mallorca!


Ausgezeichnete Lage und unglaubliche Aussicht von der Wohnung.
Sehr zu empfehlen, wir blieben 10 Tage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts wechselten wir von einer Standardwohnung zu einer mit Meerblick, und die Aussicht war einfach herrlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Strand und noch ruhig Ende Mai. Die Gastgeber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück und Mittagessen waren großartig. Wir kommen wieder!


The management of the establishment is excellent, perfect customer service.
The location is ideal for rest and relaxation, highly recommended, it is a pleasure to find such nice accommodations. The best of all? Undoubtedly the breakfasts, personalised and served wherever you want, not to be missed. We will repeat without hesitation!


Best stay in Majorca
😀These apartments are the best we have stayed in Majorca,from the location and especially the staff were exceptional.I could not give them enough credit for the ten days we spent there was much much more than we expected.Their Moto is easy life and that is what you get,any one looking for a relaxing holiday should stay in these apartments.


😀 Lage direkt am feinen langen Sandstrand.
Wunderschöner Garten mit Sunbeds und Liegestühlen. Das Frühstück an der Bar im Garten war jedesmal ein traumhafter Start in den Tag. Wir hatten ein 2-Raum-Appartment im 1. Stock mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und den Garten. Das ganze Haus von der Managerin Carmen liebevoll und geschmackvolldekoriert, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Aber vor allem dem überaus freundlichen Personal verdanken wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!!! Thank you very much!

😀direkte Lage am Strand, Ausblick aus den Meerblick-Zimmern ist fantastisch, alle waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung: das Frühstück buchen und im wundervollen Garten zu genießen.

Bonavida is in front of the beach. Pas de route to cross direct access to the magnificent beach of Alcudia.

Unser 2 wöchiger Aufenthalt in Bonavida Apartments war sehr angenehm und erholsam.
Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und die Ausstattung gut. Das Personal ist immerzu äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Reinigung der Zimmer abhängig von der Reinigungskraft befriedigend bis exzellent. Wir haben den wunderschönen Garten und das köstliche Frühstück sehr genossen. Eine größere Abwechslung bei der Frühstücksauswahl fänden wir persönlich gut. The directly situated beach, the bar and the pleasant garden area were great to relax, while the children were having fun in the room.
Der Service mit dem Radverleih ist sehr praktisch und die Ausstattung (Kindersitze, Helme,..) auch mit Kindern optimal. The crew at the bar/kitchen is really a great team and Alberto and Carmen do a really fantastic job.


Holidays delayed 😉
Super to have the space of an apartment with the services of a hotel. Petit déjeuner et restauration au top, possibilité d'avoir des cocktails, boissons, repas " simples " mais savoureux, gâteaux, etc. Everything is available for children too and the garden with the beds is great for relaxing. The access to the sea is just to open the gate and there it is! Que dire d'autre, la déco super, l'ambiance détendue, facile à se garer... Je recommande!

It is said that 3 things are most important to a hotel: location, location and location.
This is the case of Bonavida with its direct connection between the beautyful garden and the beach. But it wouldn't matter without the people and family atmosphere they create. Everyone from the cleaning service, the girls at the bar, to the reception/management were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always fresh, tasty and beautifully presented (toasts with avocado rocks 🤟) - you can order it to your room or eat it in the sea view garden (highly recommended). The rooms were clean (cleaned everyday). A storage for bicycles and a washing machine directly next to it are amenities worth mentioning, especialy if you are going to make some serious kilometers on a road bicycle (which we didn't try this time). It all made us to go back to, Banavida in 2 months. We are already counting down the days to the comeback in June.


Outstanding beach-front property with exceptional service and fantastic self-catering amenities.
😀Staff was outstanding, wonderful communication leading up to our visit and great attention to detail. location couldn't be better as you are right on the beach but with fantastic amenities within walking distance (20 mins) of restaurants and shops at Port Alcudia and a quick 10 min drive from old town of Alcudia was perfect. would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.


The best holiday ever!
😀Everything, but of particular note was the service that Alberto and his team provide, which is exceptional!!! They are warm, welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble! The apartment was clean, very pretty and has everything you need. The location is incredible and the view (I recommend a sea view) is breathtaking! We did not want to leave!!! Oh and the breakfast is delicious!!!! 5+ stars!!!!

This was our favourite place to stay.
The manager and front desk staff are very helpful and kind. The bar tenders are friendly and gave us great suggestions on we're to go out for dinner. The view from our room was beautiful and just steps from the sand. 10/10 would recommend this place. Fantastic! Thank you to all of the staff!!!

We had the best family vacation ever! Absolutely ? worth the ocean view for those breathtaking morning sunrises! Beautiful pristine gardens. Extremely clean grounds and rooms. Rooms have everything you need and were cleaned daily and spotless. We found the bed to be very comfortable, we preferred a slightly firmer mattress.
The location is perfect, with a beautiful evening walk to the harbor.
Alcudia beach is one of the best and amazing beaches for young families because of the calm water and the stunning soft white sand - very much like a postcard from the Caribbean!
The staff at Bonavida was amazing. We ordered all of our transfers ahead of time via sleek looking air conditioned cabs with child seats to and from the airport. The staff was very attentive, friendly and worked very hard without feeling intrusive. Just always there if needed.
I would stay again in a heartbeat, we didn't want to go home!

Home in Mallorca
😀 Small with personal attention, beautiful views of the sea, we had a room with two balconies and a separate sitting area (very useful if traveling with someone who likes to sleep in) with a kitchen (fully equipped-very useful for breakfast (although the breakfast is available and looked and smelled delicious) and snacks/cold drinks. Alberto and Carmen were amazing. Super responsive to any question. Felt like home ☺️. Miss it already

😀 Worm welcome from the first moment.
We came almost 2 ours before check in, but we finished formalities, got the key and tok a swim in the ocean, while the rooms were being prepared. We felt like at home from the beginning. Alberto (reception manager) take care of everyone and want to give best possible experience to the hotell guests. He was always available if any questions.
In Alcudia it was a problem to get cab for everyone, so one time we were waiting for more than 40 minutes and cab never came. Hotel manager, (Carmen i think) tok her private car and drow us to our destination. That is something we very appreciated. When you feel that everyone is giving their best and plus doing tings that is not in their job description, you know that they love their jobs and want to give the best experience, not just in their hotel but in the whole town. Something like that we never experienced in the big hotels. Cosy hotell on the one of the most beautiful beaches, whit the profesjonell and pleasent stuff is absolutely that we needed. Than you Bonavida for this time ❤️

It is a slow life place, providing high quality of amenities, food and service. The rooms are clean, providing a lot of space for the 4 people family. The place run by a fantastic manager, Alberto, who has a rare gift of empathy and kindness. Our stay was 5 star!
